Margie Ensley – Branch Manager, tsi/FutureStaff, Conyers

Margie has more than 20 years of staffing experience! She began with tsi/FutureStaff in October 2000 and opened the Conyers office more than eight years ago. She has a successful track record and is a detail-oriented manager. She has gained credibility by taking the time to develop strong relationships with her clients. She is passionate about her work and takes the time to implement programs that provide staffing solutions to her client’s specific needs. She is extremely involved in the Conyers-Rockdale Community.

She is the immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Rockdale, has served in leadership roles in Toastmasters and Olde Town Business Council of Conyers, is a member of SHRM, the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, the Covington Area Employer Committee, and she is a Certified Staffing Professional as designated through the American Staffing Association.

Cathy MacLaughlin – Senior Account Manager, FutureStaff, Newnan

Cathy has 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. She has been with FutureStaff for nine years as the senior account manager. Cathy earned the President’s Award twice for her accomplishments as a sales representative for Olsten Staffing Company in Roanoke, VA. She is very passionate about helping customers with their needs and providing superb service. Cathy attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a B.S. in marketing. She has been married for 25 years and has a son in college and a daughter in high school.

Carol Spears – Newnan Operations Manager, FutureStaff, Newnan

Carol joined the FutureStaff Team in October 2001 as an account manager in our Newnan office. She was promoted to operations manager in 2005 and currently serves in that position. Carol Spears has been married for 27 years, is originally from Ohio and moved to Georgia with her husband and two children in 1992. She enjoys working with people and serving her community. Carol volunteered for five years with the Juvenile Court System in Ohio and is currently on the Coweta County Adult Drug Court Community Board. She has also been an active member of the Newnan Kiwanis Club.

Lee Whetstone – FutureStaff President

Lee has been in the staffing business for over 20 years and has been president of the organization since 1995. FutureStaff serves industry by assisting in recruiting both hourly and professional employees. Lee is very active with his clients. He regularly interfaces with executives and managers in strategic planning for manpower, training and skill levels.

Lee has a B.S. in industrial management from Georgia Tech. He is presently the chairman of the Georgia Employer’s Committee State Board. He has served as treasurer of the Georgia Employer Committee, as chairman for the 2009/2010 Coweta March of Dimes Board and as a board member of the Peachtree City Development Authority. He is currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers, the American Staffing Association and the Peachtree City Rotary. He has served in leadership roles with CLICK, The Newnan Rotary, Toastmasters, The Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce, The Fayette County Chamber of Commerce and his church, where he also serves as a small group leader to high school boys.

Lee has successfully completed course work at the Dale Carnegie Institute. Lee was awarded the highest award given by Dale Carnegie at the end of the program and has been certified to lead the OSHA General Industry Outreach Program. He has been married for more than 23 years and has two children.
