• Vacation Pay – Receive five (5) days of vacation pay after working 1400 consecutive straight time hours within a 52-week period.
• Paid Holidays – Holidays are paid if an employee completes 1000 straight time hours within a 26 consecutive week period prior to the holiday. The employee must also work the day before as well as after the holiday. Available paid holidays include:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
• Group Health Benefits – FutureStaff is please to offer group health benefits through Essential StaffCARE. The program is specially designed for staffing employees and offers great flexibility.
  
• Simple IRA – Eligible employees can elect to save money in this retirement program and receive a dollar for dollar match up to 3% of their annual salary.
• Free Training – We have a variety of self-paced software tutorials available for our staffing employees. There is no cost to take of advantage of this training, simply coordinate an appointment with your account manager.
• Weekly Pay – All FutureStaff employees are paid weekly by check or direct deposit. Some client sites offer check delivery.
